Professor Smith teaches cost and management accounting in the undergraduate and graduate programs at BYU, and he has been recognized for excellence in both teaching and research. His work focuses on judgment and decision‑making in accounting, especially management control systems and performance evaluation.
He holds B.S. and M.Acc. degrees from BYU and a Ph.D. in Management from Cornell University. Before joining BYU, he served on the faculty at the University of Illinois at Urbana‑Champaign.
Professor Wright teaches finance in BYU’s undergraduate and graduate programs and is known for his research on exchange‑traded notes, behavioral finance, and learning outcomes in finance education.
He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Florida State University and previously spent five years on the faculty at Central Michigan University before joining BYU Marriott.
Professor Agle teaches ethics and leadership in the graduate programs at BYU and is recognized for his influential research on business ethics, stakeholder management, and CEO leadership.
He holds a Ph.D. in Business Management from the University of Washington and previously spent 17 years on the faculty at the University of Pittsburgh.
Professor Hart teaches ethics in the undergraduate and graduate programs at BYU, with a research focus on applied ethics in both private and public sectors.
He holds an MPA from BYU and a PhD in Public Administration, and before joining BYU he taught at Texas Tech and Mary Washington College.
